Wool is a magnificent fiber! It is warm and soft. It can be used for both elegant and casual wear. What I like most about wool is its ability to be felted into some of the most interesting fabric. All of my bags are made from wool that has been felted. Some are knitted and shaped before felting, while others are made from re-purposed wool. One of my favorite ways to repurpose is to start with a fine merino wool or cashmere sweater. The sweater is felted (shrunk by washing it) and the result is a fabulous fabric that gives me the inspiration for a bag or purse All of my bags are fully lined and have an inside pockets.
Each bag is unique and truly one of a kind.
